When I informed the receptionist [Debbie] that we should not wait in the lobby because Sadie is fear-aggressive towards other dogs she doesn’t know, she put us in a quiet exam room. Then she brought a blanket for Sadie to lay on, which made all the difference in calming Sadie. Sometimes it is the little things that make a big difference. And I was more than grateful to have a complimentary snack and drink available.”
